To all our Easter egg helpers. We're still on at 9:30 AM. Bring weather gear and we will re-evaluate to a plan B as needed tomorrow.

Dee McCardle's pastor has confirmed that her in-house nursing home care is improved as he sees her regularly. Hospice will be setting Dee up with a doctor to see if their involvement is really necessary. Dee's church has a number of doctors who will be working with Dee to be sure she is getting the care she needs.

WE NEED EGG HIDERS!!!! All who are helping with the Easter Egg hunt this Saturday should be here at 9:30 AM as we have a lot of eggs to hide...see you then.

DEE McCARDLE UPDATE...Dee has lost 50 lbs (good thing) and is looking to take on new treatment. Some recent care concerns have been addressed at least for now. She asks for our prayers.

Claude Guy was taken to MacClaren Hospital in Mt Clemens this morning with chest pain. Currently undergoing tests...

Just a quick reminder that we will not have regular Sunday School classes this Sunday as the Children's Worship gang will be having their own church service in the sanctuary with the children serving in all the roles. We start at 9:45 or so. Regular worship at 11 AM.

Abigail Marie Allen was born last night to Andrew and Stacey Allen. 7 lbs and 4 oz. 18.5 inches long. A head full of dark hair. Chery and Mike Allen are the proud grandparents.

Stacy Allen, Chery's daughter-in-law, is being induced this morning so as to give birth to their little girl. Prayer please.

Tracy Dadswell will be travelling north next weekend to the memorial service of her "Mom" who passed away this week. She will be helping settle legal matters and there are relational things complicating matters.

Dave Schultz was taken to Ascension Oakland Macomb Hospital (12 & Hoover) this morning with fluid and swelling in his legs and feet. He will be kept overnight for testing and diuretic treatment. He is in room 756.

Mike Allen went home yesterday from the hospital. The pneumonia is gone and medication will work to build up blood levels.

Linda Jones came through her eye surgery today just fine and is resting at home.

Linda Jones is currently in procedure to have glaucoma removed and a lens inserted in one eye.

Mike Allen is in Oakland/Macomb Ascension Hospital (12 and Hoover). He has viral pneumonia and his hemoglobin is low. He is undergoing a number of test and will probably be there one more day at least.

Wilma Mallory's only brother passed away today down in Ohio. She will be travelling to the service this Saturday.

Doris Edwards had the metal removed from her arm Thursday and now wears a cast. She now rests at home and will be restricted to the house for about a week.

David Cross, a longtime member of Bethel and former deacon, passed away this morning in Grand Rapids, MI. Viewing will be at Bagnasco Calcaterra Funeral Home at 15 and Schoenherr. Viewing will be Wed 5-7 PM with service at 7 PM.

The Kyle Hentkowski funeral is tomorrow at the Mandziuk Funeral Home at 18 Mile and Ryan, viewing 3-9 PM. Alex Hentkowski has been in the daycare all his life (now in 5th grade). Alex accepted the Lord last summer in VBS. Kyle was his Dad. Alex has a younger sister, Sonia.

Alex Henkowski, a 5th grader who grew up in Eastgate Early Learning Center and who accepted Christ last summer at VBS, lost his Dad very unexpectedly over the weekend. Pray for his Mom and little sister as well at this terrible time for them. A one day viewing will be at the Mandziuk Funeral Home at 18 Mile and Ryan, date and time to be announced.
